Lonely Mock Draft- Round Five

41. Marcus Giles .308 22 71 18
42. Dontrelle Willis 13-4 2.86 1.18 222/168
43. Andruw Jones .261 42 109 6
44. Todd Helton .337 25 97 2
45. Grady Sizemore .290 24 85 17
46. Felix Hernandez 13-7 2.91 1.08 215/209
47. Felipe Lopez .283 25 92 13
48. Joe Mauer .324 15 74 11
49. Morgan Ensberg .286 31 93 5
50. Jhonny Peralta .280 23 84 1

Marcus Giles was injured less and produced more last season. He's becoming one of the most complete players in the game, so look for a run at 20-20 this year. From second base, that's gold.

Dontrelle would rank higher on this list had it not been for Florida's fire sale. Without Carlos Delgado, Juan Pierre, Luis Castillo, Josh Beckett, and AJ Burnett, the Marlins will be hard-pressed to win games. Surrounded by talented youngsters, look for this to be a season filled with no decisions and close losses.

Andruw Jones was a legit MVP candidate last season and, having entered his prime, should continue to produce high power totals. Why'd he stop running, though?

Todd Helton may not be the most powerful 1B available anymore, but the man is a hitting machine, at or away from Coors.

Grady Sizemore is one of the most exciting players in baseball, and this may be the last chance to grab him after the 2nd round. He's looking alot like Bobby Abreu.

King Felix is going to be a superb pitcher. He should pull a Dwight Gooden and be flatout dominant from the start. His team, however, won't.

Felipe Lopez showed why he was so highly touted. Along with Jhonny Peralta, he forms a group of rising shortstops. The position has suddenly become a strong fantasy division.

When Joe Mauer was coming up through the Twins' system, it was said he would one day winning a major league batting title. While that year may not be 2006, he will make major strides towards becoming the best catcher in baseball.

Morgan Ensberg was the Astros' nice surprise in 2003, but fell off in 2004. He rebounded big-time in 2005, but fell off a bit down the stretch. Should provide nice numbers, but last season was probably his peak.
